NATIONAL TEACHERS' CONGRESS-2019, is planned during month of January 4th, 5th,and 6th, 2019 at MIT-World Peace University campus at Kothrud area of PUNE city, India. Around 5000+ higher education teachers of multidisciplinary backgrounds from India and abroad are going to join this academic event.
The theme of the NTC -2019 is " LEAPFROGGING TO FUTURE READY HIGHER EDUCATION", which is highly relevant in the present context as our future human society and higher education sector are going to be driven by disruptive innovations, Information Communication Technologies[ICTs] and other technological revolutionary forces such as Internet Of Things[ IOTs ], Augmented Reality[AR], Virtual Reality[VR]. The computers of future shall be 64 times faster than present computers and whole new culture and business will be digital in nature. The economy is becoming Digital Economy, Digital communication, Digital Transactions, Digital Trades, Digital Meetings, Digital Decisions, Digital Higher Education, Virtual Universities and ultimately Global Human Society to transform into "NETWORKED SOCIETY". Due to all this transformation higher education sector has to cope up itself with this revolutionary era and teachers too must change themselves by adopting new technologies and become learners to guide and facilitate their smart students to make them ready for future jobs , which will not be same as of today.
Shri.Rahul Karad -Founder of National Teachers Congress is a dynamic Educational Administrator and Executive President-MIT-World Peace University, Pune-India. He is also a Thought Leader & Founder of key National Initiatives that are creating a movement in Indian society such as- first of its kind in Asia-MIT-School of Government, National Students Parliament, National Women's Parliament and Sarpanch Sansad. Taking ahead the legacy of ‘Universal Value Based Education System’ from his father & Founder-Prof. Dr. Vishwanath Karad-MAEER’s MIT Group of Institutions, he has successfully introduced Peace Studies & Rural Immersion Program as a part of regular curriculum for all students at MIT-WPU,Pune-India.
Due to Knowledge Economy in place, industry and service sector will be driven by Research and Development[R &D] AND HENCE OUR COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES ARE GOING TO BECOME VEHICLES OF CHANGE AND ENGINE OF FUTURE JOURNEY OF SOCIETY. On this background, the NTC-2019 is organised to sensitize higher education teachers regarding the future ahead, on the theme given by NTC-2019 President and globally acclaimed scientist of Eminence and Chairperson of Global Research Alliance of 64 countries Prof. Raghunath Mashelkar, Chairman of this event is Prof. Dr. Vishwanath Karad , who is founder of MIT group of institutions and Chancellor of MIT-World Peace University, Founding Patron of NTC is Scientist of International repute Prof.Dr. Anil Kakodkar and Prof. Dr, Vijay Bhatkar-Internationally acclaimed Computer Scientist and Chancellor-Nalanda University is Executive President-NTC 2019 . The Global Convenor of NTC-2019 is Prof. Jay Gore Sir from Purdue University (U.S.A), National Convenor Prin. Dr. Ravikumar Chitnis and National Co-ordinator-Prof. Dr. Sudhir Gavhane and Co-coordinator is Prof. Gp.Capt. Deepak Apte.
