Prof. Sarrion has been a faculty in the Human Resource Management area of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) since 2016. He has a PhD from Strathclyde Business School, Glasgow, UK, an MBA from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain and graduated in Philosophy at Universidad Complutense, Madrid.
